Programmes at any level cannot replace the indispensable personal effort and interest that has to be invested personally by each sister in this task of continual formation .The company,animates and supports the sister in their ongoing formation through formation programs organized within the community itself and facilitating the participation of sister in formation programmes organized outside the community. Ordinary means of formation is also at hand in every local community.
